Holy Punch is a sativa-dominant variety (roughly 60/40) that displays a sweet, grapey profile lifted by spicy, piney notes — pinene, myrcene and humulene are the primary terpenes. THC sits right around 20% with very low CBD (~0.8%), so expect a potent, long-lasting experience that blends physical relaxation with an unfolding sociable headspace. For growers Holy Punch leans toward tall, vigorous plants that produce heavy, frosty flowers with occasional purple shading.
