Slipstream

Slipstream is a balanced hybrid born from Animal Mints and Jet Fuel Gelato that lands in the mid-to-high THC bracket (roughly 15–25%). It’s known for thick, resin-coated buds and a terpene profile dominated by caryophyllene and myrcene, which produce a creamy, slightly gassy aroma layered with herbal and fruity hints. The smoke/taste often reads as fuel and cream with a citrus or fruity lift from the Gelato lineage. Onset tends to be euphoric and uplifting, then settles into a mellow, relaxed stone — a two-stage ride that makes Slipstream versatile for daytime creativity that can ease into evening chill. Caryophyllene can add a subtly spicy, peppery note and may contribute to the strain’s calming qualities alongside myrcene’s sedative tendencies. For growers, Slipstream is best suited to indoor cultivation and has a moderate difficulty level. It finishes consistently around nine weeks of flowering and typically produces medium yields on average-height plants. It responds well to canopy-shaping techniques like LST, supercropping and SCROG to maximize light penetration and trichome production, and it can be sensitive to environmental stress if conditions become too cool or humid.
