The Church

The Church is a balanced hybrid (roughly 40% sativa / 60% indica) bred from Swiss Sativa, Super Skunk and Northern Lights. THC typically ranges from about 15–22% with trace CBD (~0.16%), and the plant develops dense, resinous buds with a characteristic skunk-forward aroma layered with sweet red-fruit notes, hints of pine/citrus and a spicy, slightly metallic exhale. Structurally it tends to form a bushy, Christmas-tree shape with a good calyx-to-leaf ratio, making trichome-dense flowers easy to spot at harvest. On consumption The Church delivers a strong, initially indica-leaning body sensation that evolves into a long-lasting cerebral uplift. Users report relaxed, euphoric and social effects without pronounced couch-lock, which makes it suitable for creative or social situations across the day. That combination of calming physical depth and motivational headspace is one of the variety’s defining traits. For growers it’s straightforward: an easy-to-grow plant of average height with a high-yielding profile. Indoor flowering is about 8–9 weeks with potential yields described as high (commercial reports up to ~800 g/m² under optimal conditions); outdoor harvests are typically late September/early October in the northern hemisphere with per-plant yields that can also be very large. The Church is noted for strong resistance to mold and pests and responds well to SCROG, SOG, LST and other training or hydroponic methods, which makes it a solid choice for beginners and experienced cultivators alike.
