La Niña

La Niña is a classic sativa-leaning variety that balances old-school Haze energy with the resinous solidity of Black Widow. THC typically sits between about 15–25%, producing a bright, clear-headed high that sparks creativity and focus while settling into a relaxed, comfortable finish. Aromatically it favors floral and incense notes with a sweet-woody undercurrent — pleasant and distinctive without being overpowering. On the grow side La Niña is a tall, vigorous sativa that flowers in roughly 8–10 weeks. It’s rated moderate in difficulty: more forgiving than pure Haze but still benefits from active canopy management. It responds well to SCROG/SOG, LST and early topping to keep height manageable and to coax even cola development. Yields are high when trained and fed correctly, and the plant does well both indoors (medium-height tents) and outdoors in temperate/mediterranean climates, where it can reach 1.8–2.5 m and produce generous harvests. Expect a reliably energetic, social effect that’s well suited to creative work, focused tasks, or daytime use when you want clarity without jittery anxiety. Growers appreciate its consistency, floral–incense aroma and robust production when humidity and ventilation are kept in check during late flower.
