Santa Marta Haze

Santa Marta Haze is a clear-cut sativa dominant strain (roughly 90% sativa) bred from Amnesia Haze crossed with the Colombian Santa Marta landrace. Plants develop the classic tall, airy sativa architecture: long internodes, narrow leaves and a tendency to stretch, so expect plants that can get very tall when grown in ground or large containers. Flowering is long — typically 10–14 weeks — and outdoor it shines in long, warm seasons and tropical climates where it can reach its full size and resin production. With reported THC levels in the 25–30% range, Santa Marta Haze produces a potent, uplifting high characterized by energetic, euphoric cerebral effects. The aroma and flavor lean Haze-forward: bright, fresh and often fruity with floral and light lemony or woody notes, and flowers that develop a sugary, resinous coating. Yields are generally high for a sativa; well-managed indoor grows can be very productive, and outdoor plants in the right climate often deliver heavy, resin-soaked harvests. Growing notes: plan for the long bloom and the vertical growth. Training and topping can help control height and improve light penetration; adequate spacing and support are important because main colas can get large. Best suited to outdoor or greenhouse setups in long-summer or tropical areas, Santa Marta Haze rewards patient growers with big, potent yields and prominent trichome development.
